Exercise 10: Rampage of Appreciation

There are many ways that we can give thanks, show appreciation and gratitude for life.  This a daily tool that focuses on appreciation created by Ester and Jerry Hicks (Abraham Hicks – Ask and it is Given.)


Helps you to feel positive about what you are being, doing and having in life, which enables you to attract more good things, based on the law of attraction. The authors believe being thankful for the good things you already have will help you concentrate more on your desired goal and aspiration and you will naturally attract them while being happy with yourself.


Write a list of things you are thankful/appreciative/grateful for e.g. breathing, food, job etc. but be more specific.  Add why you are thankful/appreciative/grateful for each thing.
