Your life is made up of several areas and factors that come together to create your daily experience. Taking time to review your whole life is a useful exercise to gain feedback about which areas you need to focus on and prioritise, to assist you with making progress.
Even without doing this review you might be aware of the areas you need to work on, however, this thorough review helps you to specifically target action steps to help you improve.
Step 1: Rate each area of your life on a scale of 0 to 10
Step 2: Where you have not given yourself a 10. Think about what you need to do to improve or to get to 10?
Step 3: List what actions you will take in each area to assist you with being at a 10 (if that is important to you.)
- Think about how things would feel if you were at a perfect 10.
- Explore how comfortable you would feel if things changed and whether you are prepared to do what is required to make that change happen.
- Add any action steps to your goals setting templates so you put things in motion as soon as possible.
